Shamica Kennedy is a highly motivated and skillful attorney. Mrs. Kennedy’s practice also focuses on personal injury law. Mrs. Kennedy has effectively and aggressively assisted clients who sustained bodily injuries ranging from minor to catastrophic and helped clients obtain large settlement awards. Mrs. Kennedy also holds a California Real Estate license, so she has intimate knowledge of the complexities involving real estate transactions. Mrs. Kennedy has represented purchasers, sellers, developers, and real estate brokerages. Having been in the real estate business for almost a decade, she has successfully resolved landlord-tenant disputes, agent-broker disputes, buyer-seller disputes and a myriad of other intricate real estate matters including contract drafting and negotiation.

We represented an estate in a probate matter with 17 heirs who had inherited a property that had been wrongfully taken from their deceased family member by fraud. The property was a part of a huge fraud case that was being prosecuted by the Department of Justice's Attorney General. By representing the Petitioner in the civil case and initiating a probate case we were able to successfully get the property back in the decedent's estate so that it could be sold and the funds distributed to the rightful heirs.
