acqueline has practiced law in outstate Minnesota for over twenty-five years; always specializing in estates and trusts, business and corporate, and real estate matters. During her practice, she served for over ten years as an Assistant Stearns County Attorney, also adding practice experience in environmental law and zoning, mental health and chemical dependency cases, contracts, medical assistance, tax, and district court and appellate litigation. Through her practice experience at the firm of Hughes Mathews, P.A., she gained added experience in health law and healthcare litigation. Prior to joining our firm, she was a Partner at Gray Plant Mooty Mooty & Bennett at its St. Cloud office location. She currently practices estate planning, probate and estate administration. She handles simple and complex estate planning, through the use of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Trusts and the use of family-held businesses to preserve and pass assets, as well as guardianships and conservatorships. She also assist clients with creating and she advises small and large businesses. In addition, she practices employment law for employers as well as employees and does civil litigation in estates and trusts, business, commercial and employment matters.

Jacqueline also served as a military JAG for over twenty years in both the Minnesota Army and Air National Guard; retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008. She was also an Adjunct Professor of Communication Studies, Political Science and Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University from 1992 - 2010.
