He was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 1981 and in Minnesota in 1983. He is a former assistant district attorney and former assistant corporation counsel for Douglas County, Wisconsin. He focuses primarily in the area of civil trial law. Gary is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.
