Candace Guist | Saskatoon Family Law

Candace began her legal career in private practice with Knott den Hollander following graduation from the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan, in 2014. Her main areas of practice include family law, wills and estate planning, estate administration, adult guardianship and real estate. Candace is also certified as a collaborative lawyer.

Candace has volunteered for numerous community organizations, including acting as a student advocate at CLASSIC, as Chair for the USSU Childcare Centre, and as a director of the Saskatoon Sexual Assault & Information Centre. She has volunteered her time to present to the public in the areas of estate planning and tenants’ rights.

When you are faced with a legal problem or family dispute, you need good advice so you can make decisions that are right for you and your family. Candace believes that maintaining positive and respectful relationships is important when exploring options for legal resolution. A legal dispute can divide parents, siblings and friends, but it doesn’t have to. Candace is committed to helping you to reach a positive result through informed decision-making.
