Fully fluent in both English and Spanish, Cecilia is a native of Hermosillo, the capitol of Sonora State, and a graduate of the University of Sonora at Hermosillo where she later became a professor, teaching civil and agrarian law, and serving as Thesis Director and judge of many of the professional examinations within the their law school. During her years at the university she also exhibited a great sense of public-spirited generosity by providing countless hours of pro-bono services to the community through the Public Law Desk that the University of Sonora operates. She is a member of both the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Sonora, and also serves as overall coordinator of processes and procedures related to our Mexican legal activities. Previous to relocating in Arizona she was a partner in the Carsolio Law Firm in Hermosillo, practicing family and criminal law, as well as being very active in their estate planning division. Mrs. Dabbs worked as an associate for O'Farrill & Associates in Phoenix Arizona for 3 years. Until she start her own practice. Practice:Corporate Law focused on the incorporation and operation of Entities, Corporations, Partnerships, Transaction Law. Contractual Law focused on Drafting Civil, Mercantile (Business or Commercial), Administrative and other types of contracts, as well as the interpretation and enforcement of such under Mexican Law. Mexican Family Law, National -Foreign, Foreign - Foreign Divorce. Mexican Probate Law.Mexican Migration Law, Mexican business law, with focus on real estate investment and development for non-Mexicans doing business in Mexico.
